Nasılsınız bakalım. Her şey yolunda umarım. Hepimiz yediklerimize ve içtiklerimize dikkat ediyoruz dimi. Form da kalmak sağlıklı olmak için neler yapıyoruz bakalım. Günde bir iki saat sporun vücudumuza o kadar büyük katkıları var ki; gelin bunları birlikte öğrenelim.
Regular exercise, no matter what kind of sport, activates the sleeping muscles. I do sports to be happy, reduce my stress, have a positive outlook on life and achieve my goals. It is good for me to do a lot of walking as a sport. I do this mostly in places with clean nature views. Here is one of these places; "Green Valley Picnic Area"
Düzenli spor , hangi spor dalı olursa olsun fark etmez spor uyuyan kasları harekete geçiriyor. Ben sporu mutlu olmak , stresimi azaltmak, hayata pozitif bakmak ve hedeflerime ulaşmak için yapıyorum. Spor olarak bol bol yürüyüş yapmak bana iyi geliyor. Bunu en çok da temiz doğa manzarası olan mekanlarda yapıyorum. İşte bu mekanlardan biride; " Yeşil Vadi Piknik Alanı "
First time going here on recommendation. The weather is a little cold, but it does not prevent walking and doing sports. There are beautiful views on the way. I wanted to get out of your vehicle and see the lush green trees between the two roads, which are a mixture of gravel and dirt roads. I also wondered where the creek water coming from, filtering through the white stones on some borders.
Buraya tavsiye üzerine ilk defa gidiyorum. Hava biraz soğuk ama yürüyüş ve spor yapmaya engel değil. Giderken çok güzel manzaralar var. Aracınızdan inip çakıl toprak yol karışımı iki yol arasındaki yemyeşil ağaçları yakından görmek istedim. Bazı kenarlıklarda beyaz taşların arasından süzülen dere suyunun nereden geldiğini de merak ettim.
I couldn't go anyway :)) The road is very beautiful. I didn't want to go around fast. A little further on, I saw beehives on the side of the road. I stopped again. I approached, there were three or four bees around, I did not know that the villagers living here were beekeeping.
Bir türlü gidemiyordum:)) Yol çok güzel. etraf yemyeşil hızlı geçmek istemedim. Biraz ilerde yol kenarında arı kovanlarını gördüm. Yine durdum. Yaklaştım etrafında üç dört arı vardı burada yaşayan köylülerin Arıcılık yaptığını bilmiyordum.
Kovanlara baktıktan sonra devam ettim. Bazı yollarda taşlı uçurumlu geçişler de var.

My curiosity increased as I saw the beauties around. Finally, I arrived at the Green Valley Picnic Area, where not many people come this season. I guess there was not much interest in this beautiful place, even its sign has been destroyed :))
Çevredeki güzellikleri gördükçe merakım daha çok artıyordu. Sonunda, bu mevsimde çok fazla insanın gelmediği Yeşil Vadi Piknik Alanına geldim. Bu güzel mekanla fazla ilgilenen olmamış sanırım Tabelası bile yıkılmış durumda:))
They have made this place a magnificent place with the stream flowing through its stones, the trout in the water, and the trees around it shedding their leaves. This business, which has a large area, probably does not operate. Three or five people who were curious about this place like me were walking around with their cars parked.
Burası taşlarının arasından akan akarsuyu ile , suyun içindeki alabalıkları ile , çevresindeki ağaçların yapraklarını dökmesiyle muhteşem bir mekan yapmışlar. Geniş bir alana sahip olan bu işletme galiba faaliyet göstermiyor. Etrafta benim gibi buraya merak eden üç beş kişi de araçlarını park etmiş geziniyorlardı.

This is a very nice place to come and have a picnic with your family to find a cool air in Antalya's hot weather. They do not serve, they serve as self-service. You can even bring your food and drink from your home and cook it here. They introduced the cook it yourself method.
Antalya' nın sıcak havalarında serin bir hava bulmak için ailenizle birlikte gelip piknik yapacağınız çok güzel bir yer burası. Servis yapmıyorlar self servis şeklinde hizmet veriyorlar. Hatta evinizden yiyeceğinizi içeceğinizi getirip burada pişirebilirsiniz. Kendin pişir yöntemini devreye sokmuşlar.

The stream flows so fast and lively that I couldn't get enough of watching it. It looked very clean and clear. Probably, the snow flows so lushly and vividly with the melting of the waters. It is the Trout that benefit most from this clean and clear water. Since it has a large area, they placed the trout channels in order. They also offer the option to buy the trout yourself and cook it the way you want.
Akarsu o kadar hızlı ve canlı akıyor ki seyretmeye doyamadım. Çok temiz ve berrak görünüyordu. Muhtemelen kar suların erimesiyle bu kadar gür ve canlı akıyor. Bu temiz ve berrak sudan en çok faydalanan Alabalıklar oluyor. Geniş bir alana sahip olduğunu için alabalık kanallarını sırayla yerleştirmişler. Alabalığı kendiniz alıp kendiniz istediğiniz şekilde pişirme seçeneğini de sunuyorlar.
