Fresh Broad Bean Meal With Olive Oil­čî▒ Zeytinya─čl─▒ Taze Bakla Yeme─či

Hello everyone, food lovers. We can't find the taste of the fruits and vegetables we collect and eat anywhere. We say this at every opportunity. Especially when we think about our unnatural nutrition life in recent years, we can better understand the taste of everything that is plucked and eaten. Today I will give you the recipe of the dish I made from the fresh broad beans we collected from our uncle's garden.

Bunu her f─▒rsatta dile getiririz. ├ľzellikle son d├Ânemlerde do─čall─▒ktan uzak beslenme hayat─▒m─▒z─▒ d├╝┼č├╝n├╝nce dal─▒ndan kopar─▒larak yenilen her ┼čeyin lezzetini daha iyi anlar olduk. Broad Bean Meal Recipe: Materials:

-Approximately
-1 kilo of fresh broad beans
-2 medium onions ­čžů
-2 tablespoons of tomato paste (I used a mixture of peppers and tomatoes)
-Spices (I used paprika and black pepper)
-2 cloves of garlic ­čžä
-A glass of olive oil

-2 yemek ka┼č─▒─č─▒ sal├ža (biber ve domates kar─▒┼č─▒k kulland─▒m)
-Baharatlar(k─▒rm─▒z─▒ biber ve karabiber kulland─▒m)
-2 di┼č sar─▒msak­čžä
-Bir ├žay barda─č─▒ kadar zeytinya─č─▒

Recipe: After washing the fresh broad beans well, we chop them as we want with the help of a knife. I chopped some in the middle and some horizontally. Then I put enough water to cover the pods I chopped. I sprinkled 2 tablespoons of flour and squeezed half a lemon so that it wouldn't darken and clean it well. While the broad beans were waiting in water with lemon and flour, I chopped 2 medium onions for meals. After I put the onions in the pot and roasted them until they turn pink, I added a tablespoon of pepper paste and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and fried it this way. After the tomato paste was well roasted, I put the spices I wanted in it and grated a few cloves of garlic. Then I drained the beans, washed them and put them in the pot. After roasting it on high heat until dry, I added hot water just enough to cover it a little. I added another spoonful of flour and squeezed some lemon to adjust its flavor and color. After adding olive oil on it, I closed the lid and left it to cook on medium heat. However, when I checked it occasionally, I saw that it was still uncooked and the broad beans were quite hard. After doing some research, I learned that the broad bean cooks late. So I shredded the wax paper, moistened it and covered it over the food. I thought it would cook earlier as heat loss would be minimized this way. An hour later, my well-cooked broad bean meal was ready.­čŹ▓

Baklalar limonlu ve unlu suyun i├žinde beklerken 2 orta boy so─čan─▒ yemeklik do─črad─▒m. So─čanlar─▒ tencereye al─▒p pembele┼činceye kadar kavurduktan sonra bir yemek ka┼č─▒─č─▒ biber sal├žas─▒ ve 1 yemek ka┼č─▒─č─▒ domates sal├žas─▒ ekleyip birazda bu ┼čekilde kavurdum. Sal├ža iyice kavurulduktan sonra i├žine iste─čime g├Âre baharatlar─▒ koyup birka├ž di┼čte sar─▒msak rendeledim. Daha sonra baklalar─▒ s├╝z├╝p y─▒kad─▒ktan sonra tencereye ald─▒m. Y├╝ksek ate┼čte suyunu ├žekene kadar kavurduktan sonra ├╝st├╝n├╝ biraz ge├žecek kadar s─▒cak su ilave ettim. Tad─▒ ve rengi otursun diye yine bir ka┼č─▒k un ilave ettim ve biraz da limon s─▒kt─▒m. En ├╝ste zeytinya─č─▒n─▒ da ilave ettikten sonra kapa─č─▒n─▒ kapatt─▒m ve orta ate┼čte pi┼čmeye b─▒rakt─▒m. Ancak ara ara kontrol etti─čimde hala pi┼čmedi─čini baklalar─▒n epey sert oldu─čunu g├Ârd├╝m. Ufak bir ara┼čt─▒rma sonucu baklan─▒n ge├ž pi┼čti─čini ├Â─črendim. Bu y├╝zden bir tane ya─čl─▒ ka─č─▒d─▒ par├žalay─▒p ─▒slatt─▒ktan sonra yeme─čin ├╝zerine ├Ârtt├╝m. Bu ┼čekilde ─▒s─▒ kayb─▒ en aza inece─či i├žin daha erken pi┼čece─čini d├╝┼č├╝nd├╝m. Bir saat sonunda gayet yerinde pi┼čmi┼č bakla yeme─čim haz─▒rd─▒. ­čŹ▓

I remember eating the broad beans my grandmother made when I was little. However, it was a dish my husband tasted for the first time. That's why his reaction was important to me. @bilginselcuk, who is distant from vegetable dishes, said that he liked this flavor very much and could eat it again.
