NFT Craze Doesn't Seem to End

Minting took place in two NFT projects that I liked in the past few days. The first one was https://mruncommon.io/ and the second one was https://wolveskaters.io/. I bought a few NFTs from the Mr. Uncommon project. I was content with watching the Wolveskaters project. In both projects, sales remained below a thousand. As such, no significant second-hand market liquidity occurred on Opensea. The biggest concern with NFTs is liquidity. Only popular projects like Hive Punks are creating a second-hand market. There, too, it is not possible to talk about an abundance of liquidity similar to coins.

Though I guess I'm the last person to complain about the Hive Punks. During the Minting, I had a Mummy, the second rarest piece of the collection. And I recently sold this Mummy for 5000 Hive and 100 Splinterlands Beta Packs. Thus, the total value of the sale was around 11,000 Hive. I also sold 9 Hive Punks at the market over time. When Hive Punks was announced, I actually thought of buying 250. (It's not because I'm rich, I have a special fondness for Punks) Thinking that if I buy that much, not much will be left to people, I reduced the purchase amount to 100.

In fact, the first NFTs I bought were not Hive Punks. I had purchased the following NFTs on https://nftshowroom.com/.

I forgot I bought these, it came to my mind while I was thinking about writing this article. With Hive, it is currently possible to purchase NFTs on many platforms. The mentioned platforms are so many that even keeping them in mind is a job in itself. Fortunately, you can see the NFTs you have bought from the following platforms on https://tribaldex.com/openhive/collections. In addition, it is possible to reach NFTs offered for sale in the Hive ecosystem via the link https://tribaldex.com/openhive/explore. (This is not the full list. Let me add https://www.dlux.io/nfts/)

When I logged into my Hive account this morning, I saw that I was tagged by @disregardfiat. After reading the related article, I realized that he had sent me and a group of people a BZ NFT as an airdrop. Bees series is a collection of 10000 pieces. BZ, which corresponds to me, is on the right in the cover image. (Thanks to @disregardfiat for his kindness)

As time progressed, I came to understand the importance of NFTs better. Thanks to them, we own property on the Internet. In the beginning, we only got information from the internet. Then we started giving information to the internet and getting information from it. So our relationship has become two-way. Thanks to cryptocurrencies and NFTs, we started to own property in cyberspace. Thus, as the trade develops in the digital world, we will be able to get a share of the growing pie. Of course, the prerequisite for this is to invest in assets whose value will not erode over time.

Cell phones came to Turkey in the 90s. The area code of the first mobile phones was 532. In the 2010s, especially the people who trade started to request a phone number with the area code 532. Because having a phone line with a 532 area code had become a prestige issue. (Now this area code also indicates that the user is at least 40 years old.)

It is not difficult to predict that NFTs produced in 2021 and before will become such an occasion of prestige in the future. Of course, this will not be the case for all, but I believe that the value of NFTs in all high-end projects will increase.

NFT projects were at the peak of the hype cycle in the Gartner Hype Cycle 2021 report. Disappointment may have started now because fewer projects have been successful lately.

As a result, I think it is useful to have a few NFTs. The long-term benefit is sure to be seen when we acquire a few valuable crypto assets without making huge investments. The Hive tokens came as an airdrop. Just like the BZ NFT arrived today. Being in the game is extremely important. We never know what opportunities we will encounter.

Thank you for reading.

Besides that detail, great post, loved the use and abuse of your own nft collection :)

I have added the source. Thank you for your contribution.

Loved your collection of nft, so i was like: omg so great, yet one missing source ? :C

Punks on Hive have low liquidity but that has allowed me to buy almost 10 punks for around 20-something SWAP.HIVE each. I am buying all the cheapest ones but today the price of the cheapest went up a little bit.

I think exactly like you, if I buy a lot there will be little left, but my purchasing power is much lower.

I am sure that when HIVE price goes up new users will join and more people will buy so my goal is to accumulate before it is too late.

I agree. New users would be a key factor.
