Hello guys,
Welcome to my blog and to another wonderful week edition of the hive Learners weekly contest.
We all are in the 21 century and almost everyone makes use of social media for one purpose or the other. Some people are consistent in using social media while some just do it when they are less busy. I was once a social media freck before now. In fact , the social media platform was my home sweet home,I live there and I have my life there. I had friends from different parts of the world that I chat with every single day and have fun together make calls and gist . I can't still remember that because of chatting i used to sleep by midnight 😂 and wake up the next morning to continue and I have one friend who will not even eat but will be online reading stories her own pass me 🤣🤣🤣.
Until I came to know hive all my days was on Facebook but hive came into the picture I realized I can still do things online and yet earn from it my mind and I thinking change. every month I will take out of my up keep to subscribe for data so to can stay connected with the resent happening online and we all know without data you won't be able to enjoy social media.
Advantage
I joined hive and also join the leo threads where we just do chatting and have fun and still make money, I spend most of my precious time there catching cruse and making friends, learn and asking questions about cryptocurrency and also while I was using Facebook to chat due to the fact that I need to reply so many people I need to type fast this improve my typing ability. Which has really helped my existence here on hive because if you can't type fast you won't be able to do more post as you wished.so this is my benefit of being onces a social media addict.

As sweet and fun chatting can be it also have its own effect on me most times I will be in the living room with others but my mind is divided they will be talking to me I won't respond because I'm carried away with chatting, most times I do laugh out loud forgetting my dad and mum were also there, my mum is not always cool with that. I get easily distracted with social media. See times I will just be smiling and everyone will be like was wrong with you.
I do have issues in the house especially with my mom.
Lastly I want to say the essence while social media platform was for esay communication and for the benefits of everyone so what we should to do on social media is a choice.
