I Started Buying Leo and Drip

Hello everyone. As I mentioned before, I actively use Hive-Engine. Especially in the last three years, I have shifted 80% of my activity on Hive Blockchain here. For this reason, I am quite passive in the HP accumulation and HBD savings section :) My main activity in Hive-Engine consists of token trading, token investment, staking and liquidity provision. When this is too much effort, I inevitably catch many opportunities early. I decided to share some of the transactions I have made in the following process. In this post, I will talk about two tokens. Leo and Drip are two of the tokens I have gradually started to buy.

  • LEO:
Formerly known as Leofinance, now known as Inlo.io, it has made great progress recently. The token price has been moving in the range of 0.12-0.25 Hive recently. Its market and liquidity pools are quite active. I do move some of my tokens as an investment. However, I actively trade some of it in the Hive/Leo market and liquidity pools.

  • DRIP:
Drip is a relatively new token compared to the Leo token. The trading volume is one and the liquidity is not yet mature. However, it is one of the tokens with a future as a project. In addition, its price volatility is quite satisfactory. The token price has been fluctuating between 1.1-1.95 Hive recently. I staked the token for a while. However, since my risk perception is quite high, the staking return was not satisfactory :) For those with a low risk perception, the Hive/Drip liquidity pool offers 38% APR.

When buying/selling the tokens I mentioned, I make my transactions according to time and a certain return percentage. Due to difficulties arising from factors such as trading volume and liquidity, I make gradual transactions with a low percentage. Therefore, the things I mention may seem quite risky to you. I am not an investment consultant. Therefore, it would be more useful for you to see the things I mention as an educational study. See you again. Stay tuned.

I think this is one of the best times to accumulate both hive and Leo token. The market may be down but if you have a good trading strategy it will always remain juicy.

I completely agree with what you said. We have not yet reached the required liquidity and trading volume in Hive-Engine tokens. However, if a certain strategy is followed in tokens like Leo, very good returns can be expected.

The 38% APR DRIP offers is actually enticing
It’s nice that way

Thanks for your comment. Drip is a very profitable token when staking, LP and trading are combined.

I am a fan of Hive-Engine tokens, although many do not seem to have much of a "plan," as it were... they start out great, and soon head towards Zero.

I do like LEO and I have recently started to add a few DRIP tokens, as well.

I have been following Hive-Engine tokens since I discovered them, trading and investing in them. And I agree with what you said. Most projects collapse after a certain period of time. There are main reasons for this;
Unplanned start. Inflation is not managed with the expectation that there will be constant buyers. Therefore, tokens are heading for an unstoppable collapse.
20% HBD Savings APR. This is one of the reasons why Hive-Engine's appeal is decreasing. I hope it drops below 8% APR as soon as possible.

Very interesting, do you think the Hive tokens follow some kind of cycle? Or the price is growing constantly?

It is not possible for the price of any investment instrument to increase or decrease continuously. As with every cryptocurrency, there is a cycle in Hive-Engine tokens. However, they cannot yet move independently of the Hive price. Except for tokens such as Swap.BTC, Swap.HBD and BEE token, it is not possible for them to move in the opposite direction to the Hive price. However, all tokens have a cycle, albeit with small percentages. However, there is no rule that "the next cycle will occur". This should be evaluated :)

Good point ! Tanks for answering!

Both good investments! !BBH

Yes. I expect HBD Savings APR to drop below 8% soon. This will revive both Hive Coin and Hive-Engine tokens.

I would be happy to see the revival of HIVE and 2nd layer tokens... but would be sad to see the APR drop and HIVE/2nd layer remain stagnate.
