The Land is Green: Eat More Vegetables and Fruits, do Some Exercise and Take Some Sleep to Remain Healthy all the Time - The Real Wealth is Health

Greetings to my esteemed friends on the Cent community, it's another time to share about the secrets of remaining healthy in a world that's suffering from climatic change. It's your friend @faquan, saying hello from this part of the world.

Our eating habits today is bringing us closer to more health challenges, because we eat the wrong food combinations. What I mean here is that, instead of eating things that nature gives in plants ☘️, we tend to prefer junk food than natural foods.

Abandoning natural foods (fruits and vegetables), have brought more cancerous cases than when people depended on nature for their daily meal. Most canned foods, chicken and even tomatoes have several preservatives to keep them longer than expected. Have you tried keeping fresh tomatoes 🍅 out of the refrigerator for 3 days and see what it looks like, a canned tomatoes 🍅 can be preserved to last for more than a year.

Due to the nature of our works, most people don't have the time to seat down and prepare their natural meals, but little do they know that it's even easier to prepare natural foods than junk food.

If we want to live a healthy life in this perverted world, than we need to return to nature and eat more fruits and vegetables.

To live in divine health, 3 things are needed so far as nature is concerned. The first is eating natural fruits and vegetables, which I've discussed above. The second is exercising regularly.

Exercise
Even the bible encourages everybody to engage in bodily exercise. Naturally, not all we eat is needed by our body, some are to form waste products in our system. Some become solid, while others becomes liquid waste. Major health challenges is as a result of not removing these wastes from our body system. Exercise has you expel those wastes and also break body fats, which aren't needed in the body.

Rest or Sleep
Sleep is very needed by the body on a daily basis, but the level of hardsip in the society have made most people to struggle day and night just to keep body and soul going.

Taking good sleep has a way to keep you going everyday of your life, but many wait until their body becomes so tired before they can get adequate sleep.

Thank God for nature, it knows how to remind us that we don't control our body. When you over work yourself, you'll surely breakdown and sleep to rejuvenate your system.

It's usually said that health is wealth, it's still remains relevant till tomorrow, so eat more fruits and vegetables, take out time to exercise and sleep when necessary in order to live a healthy and long life.
